I.What Information We Collect and How We Collect It
There are two types of information we collect: Personally Identifiable and Automatic Information.
Personally Identifiable Information
“Personally Identifiable Information” refers to the information that allows us to determine who you are, such as your name, email address, contact details, gender, and birth date. We collect and maintain such personally identifiable information about you when you engage in certain activities on the website like registration, order placement, content submission, participation in contests, polls, surveys and promotions, job application, information requests about our services, and signup for special offers from third-party links, among others.
Take note that you have the choice not to provide your personally identifiable information to us. However, we may request you to provide us certain personal information about yourself in order for you to use some features on the site. For instance, you will not be able to register on the website or participate in contests unless you provide personally identifiable information like your name and email address.
“Automatic Information” refers to the information that does not identify who you are. Instead, it pertains to information your web browser shares whenever you visit our website, such as the type and capabilities of the browser you are using, your Internet Protocol (IP) address, the Uniform Resource Locator (URL) of the website you have visited prior to and after coming to our website, and your geographic location.
Automatic information, as its name suggests, is automatically collected by us and other authorized third-party providers using electronic tools such as cookies and other similar technologies.
However, the information we collect is only limited to things, such as site usage and how you interact with the services we offer. Such information allows us to analyze traffic on our website and take the necessary steps to improve the user experience our site can give. Take note that while we work with third-party advertising companies to display ads on our site, we have no access or control over the cookies that come from their websites. You have the option to refuse all cookies by resetting your browser, but you may not be able to use some functions of the site without cookies.

From time to time we may disclose your personally identifiable information to our partners as well as organizations outside of Course Space. We only carry out such disclosure if it is related to the services we provide to you and for purposes like website usage analysis, marketing services, and customer inquiries, etc.
